FED:Smith denies rift with defence chief=2
The suggestion that Air Chief Marshal Houston threatened to resign was "completely
and entirely baseless," Mr Smith told Sky News.
"It is a scurrilous, baseless, without foundation story and it does no credit to the
alleged senior journalist concerned."
