Inforsources Publishing (Teaneck, NJ), a producer of references for lawyers, law librarians and legal researchers, will begin the publication of "The Internet Guide for the Legal Researcher" newsletter with an issue in January. Available on the web and via pdf. file, the new title will be produced six times a year. An annual subscription costs $65.
Infosources said the e-letter will carry "everything you need to know to do effective legal and related research on the web," and is designed to include information on new web sites, new technologies, hardware and software, practice advice, research strategies, applications and tools, and new industry trends and developments.
Infosources said that editorial for upcoming issues will include information on such topics as: how to keep your computer secure; free databases available from public libraries and universities; the latest federal and state government offerings; developments in browser wars; reviews of new technologies; RSS feeds and blogs; print offerings; privacy; and, dealing with information overload.
