PARENTS OF DEAD BABY FACE CHARGES
The parents of a 4-month-old boy found dead at their West Side home were charged with two misdemeanors Saturday. Diamond Redwood, 19, and Keith Kennedy, 21, both of the 400 block of South Laramie, were charged with endangering the life of a child and reckless conduct for leaving Kassidy Kennedy home alone Friday, police said. The results of a Saturday autopsy were pending, the Cook County medical examiner's office said.

BOND DENIED FOR MAN CHARGED IN BANK HEIST
A South Side man suspected in nine bank robberies was denied bond Saturday. Lance P. Dennie, 44,has been charged with felony armed bank robbery in the June 8 heist at the Charter One Bank branch at 33 W. Grand, the FBI said. Authorities say Dennie is "the Red Line Robber," who was so dubbed because the bank robberies were near the L line.

WOMAN CHARGED IN THEFT OF UNMARKED POLICE CAR
A Cicero woman charged with stealing an unmarked Chicago police car was ordered held on $25,000 bail Saturday. Shana Hayes, 27, was charged with taking the car Friday from the 4700 block of South Cicero, police said. Hayes allegedly escaped arrest for soliciting prostitution by fleeing in the police vehicle.
