Vic: Govt accused of squandering $84,000 on "talk fest" = 2

A government spokeswoman says the summit has helped shape legislation and government
decisions during the past year.

She says it brought business, unions and community groups in from the cold to talk
to the government.

Mr DAVIS says 109 delegates attended the summit.
